  • How to Sow: Choose a well-drained site in full sun/part shade. Sow these seeds in trays for subsequent transplanting or, after frosts, sow directly in a well prepared seedbed. In trays sprinkle seeds on soil surface. When large enough thin or transplant them to 25 cm apart. When planted directly in seedbed cover to depth of 1 cm. Seedling Care: Keep trays or seedbed evenly moist during the germination period of 7-10 days. Apply vegetable fertilisers two weeks after germination for healthier plants and a maximum crop.
