Method
1: Pull the husks of the cobs back, exposing the core (helps to hold onto with the BBQ)
2: Grill cobs on the BBQ until slightly and evenly charred
3: Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, chilli powder and a pinch of salt together
4: Once the corn is ready, generously slather the mayo and sour cream mix over the cobs
5: Squeeze a wedge of lime, sprinkle with parmesean, coriander - and enjoy!
