Method
Simmer the quinoa in a covered pot in 1 ½ cups water until tender and the water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork then transfer to a large bowl
Steam the broccoli and cauliflower until tender
Add all ingredients to the quinoa
Whisk the dressing ingredients and drizzle over quinoa. Gently fold to combine
Serve warm or at room temperature
